About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and relevant certifications and credentials. The Software Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP). As a Software Engineer, you will work on developing and maintaining software solutions, writing code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring optimal ServiceNow functionality.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI, and integrations.
Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, and other relevant technologies.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes throughout the SDLC.
Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
